I like the house and property. Even the kitchen cabinets were done perfectly. I am from Baltimore, and my experience, I think the back door is a sliding door, I would change the sliding door to a regular door, (a vaulted door, Baltimore) due to break ins. I wish I had the money. I enjoy watching your listings. I met a man from Jamaica (I have a crush on him) and if I purchased this house, I would make sure the property had plenty of fruit trees for his health and diet. And ginger root. Love.

It’s because of Airbnb. A lot of these houses in gated communities command great prices there and so they are sold for a lot. In two years the prices will appreciate a lot, which is not possible in Florida or Atlanta. This is a better investment.
