2020 GMC 2500 HD 6.6 Diesel front grill removal

You did way too much work to get the grill off, the pieces under the head lights pop out on one end by the grill and the grill slides out right past them. They pull away with one hand, had my grill out in under ten minutes and the only bolts I had to remove were the ones on top of the grill.

I do it the way Jeff mentions. But what I’ve always got a hard time with is removing the front camera harness.

Any advice on how you pop them back in? Hit a bird & it popped the front grill side out of the corner holder a little bit.

If it’s the corner pieces, I’d remove them completely and see if the clips separated. If the clips are off you can put them back on the corner moulding and install it again.
