The 3S battery you link to is superceded by a different one...and it is a little too long to fit in the battery box. I found that out after ordering it. What is the part number of the DHD one you have so I can try to find one on ebay? Thanks!

I know this is an old video. Thoughts on hbx Protector vs 2995 for 8 year old. I have the 2995. I lean that way for simplicity sake with parts etc. I believe they've upgraded both since this video?

Trying to find this HBX 2995 but no longer available on Amazon or any other sites? Seems like it was a limited time production in 2020 ( hasnt been that long?). Bummer. I own 2 other HBX and really enjoy them! Some are saying the Protector replaced the 2995 - one neg I have against HBX - they do not produce popular items for long. ( Dune Thruster has also been on my list - long gone)

I just bought a fcoreey charger desert truck and looks identical to the one you showed with the 18650s tube batteries. Mine seems alot quicker. It was also on sale for 39.99 for me. Any idea if there are better 18650s to throw in it
