Beautiful bike, I've had my bike license for 51 year's now, but had to give up riding because of a bad heart. I finally got a heart transplant four years ago, so I figure all that I've been through, I'm going to treat myself to a fully decked out Harley Davidson. I've always loved those beautiful, loud machine's with that nice rumble that goes with it. I live in upstate New York State, and every year I would attend the AMERICADE @ Lake George, good time, good companionship! And you can't meet a finer group of people than the people you run into at the AMERICADE!!! Thank you so much for a very informative video on that new 2020 Harley Davidson. Although the blacked out features are really nice, I'm old school and I'm still very partial to a lot of chrome!!! Thank's again for your really nice and informative video. Stay healthy, ride safely, God Bless...

In 2009, I did circumference of the USA, with a military shipmate of mine.. from East Coast to San Diego, to Seattle, to Chicago, north, etc etc .. took two months, 14,000 miles and we crossed 28 states. In 2016, I drove alone to Sturgis, South Dakota. 2,000 miles, one way, same motorcycle as the one I did circumference with. Not one single issue. I sold my bike, a 2007 ultra classic, due to health issues. Now, at age 74, I am dreaming again for another Harley. Dreaming about heading north, through Maine, into Canada, across entire country, then south East bound, back to Florida. How’s THAT, for a dream run?

I test rode this motorcycle. And it’s my first time riding a touring or any big motorcycle. I have a dyna right now and I love my bike but my wife don’t like it. Seat too small she says. So we test rode this bike and I did not feel the weight of the bike. I can make sharper turns with this bike than my dyna that’s for sure. My wife said it was very comfortable for her too. We liked this bike but not sure yet on owning one.

Hate the blacked out look. Blacked out used to mean the cheap Harley version. The more chrome the better. Glad they still have the chrome version.

Get the front of the seat off the tank. It rubs the paint off especially on denim paint. Why can't they do like Indian and put a leather bib on the tanks so the seat rest on it instead of the paint.

Nice sales pitch. Definitely not a fan of the blacked out look. Some points everyone should know... You no longer get the touring luggage inserts, a second FOB, a closing fairing vent or a heel shifter. In my opinion, the heel shifter is a requirement for me and if we are putting out for a tour bike, we should be able to tour with it.

so let me get this right. 1. $30000 2. 90hp on a 900 lb bike 3. no heated seats 4. no lights in the saddlebags 5. 1 keyfob 6. no heal shifter 7. no auto locks on saddle bags 8. you have to pay a monthly fee for a security system???? I just cant understand why Harley is suffering so much in sales....weird

HD is about to price themselves out of business. This time is won't be so easy make a comeback. Just why I will never buy another new bike. $40 can get you a really nice street rod. I will keep my 2010 Heritage. It will run 70 all day.

Yea, they need to innovate and soon. This isn't appealing to new generations of buyers, and unlike in the 80's, I don't think the government is going to save them this time.

@@jeffhdpd782 , That's actually not true. Harley Davidson ranks 4th in reliability. 1. Yamaha, 2. Kawasaki, 3. (Tie) Honda and Suzuki. Reliability for the Italian bikes is abysmal; yet, they have their fans. I have my issues with Harley Davidson, but I don't feel the need to trash them.

I had an 05 electra glide that made my head feel like it was in a paint shaker. They say the new bikes reduce buffeting "23%" but WTF does that mean? I guess I need to ride one. I've been saying for years if I can find a touring bike that doesnt shake my head I'll pay cash on the spot. Why cant I just find a bike I can RIDE? So many years fighting the buffeting! 23%? how about 100%. GTFO!

all new, except the same suspension, fairing, frame, bags, lowers, brakes, engine, tank, seat, kickstand.. otherwise great review, but the only thing basically new about it is the paint and engine color, let's not fool ourselves by calling it "all new".

Something to mention the Harley touch screens are glove friendly ..and add up all the standard features that is NOT standard on a Honda goldwing and the Harley cost way less by $thousands of bucks with the same high technology as the optional list on the Honda ..last year a load goldwing cost over $30,000 dollars !!!!
@jerryhubbard44615 жыл бұрын
and the Honda a better build bike. Don't get me wrong, I love my HD, but they better get their ass in gear or find themselves fighting to stay alive. I have NO allegiance to HD and would have no problem riding the new automatic Goldwing cross country.

standard features such as what? airbag? no thats goldwng. heated seats? no that is goldwing. reverse? nope again... goldwing. lifetime of reliability? notta thats goldwing..

@ I know that different people like different things, but a dull paint job does nothing for any bike. Then you take away the chrome and look what you have. The only plus I see for the dull paint, if you get a scratch, just to to Walmart and get some Krylon shaker paint, problem solved.
