Just something to add which I wasn't aware of till questioning the dealer when I bought my 2018 Pilot You only need to push the lock button once then the other button to use remote start. Just thought I'd mention since I saw you press it twice in the video. The dealer showed me by pressing it twice as well so I think that's a fairly common unknown. If you look it up on Honda's site it only describes a single press too. Great video, thanks!

Yes. Two ways. Let the dealer do it but they may charge you for the installation. Or download the update yourself to a flashdrive and then plug that into your car. You should have 5 years of free updates

The Pilot / Highlander is 10x better than telluride. Kias / Hyundai are very cheaply made and break down after 100k miles. Change my mind.

Ok, Scotty Kilmer. Ill have you know that I have 2 relatives that own Kias, not ONE has had ANY problems. One has a 2018 Kia Cadenza and the other has a 2015 Sorento. The interior and exterior also has great build quality, and the Cadenza has amazing features like a 360 camera, heads up display, all of the active safety stuff, and nappa leather. Kia today is not what it was 7 years ago, thats a good thing.

Andy's Shop Not True. I had a 2015 Kia Sorento and the Air Conditioning stopped working and the windows did not open all the way. What kind of quality is this? I call this junk and unreliable. It will never be like a Toyota or Lexus. The quality is just not at the top of the game. I will never ever buy a Korean product ever again.

Justin Xu first off all the Toyota Highlander is absolutely not worth it, doesn’t even offer LED headlights, doesn’t offer Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, its boring lacks any looks and lets put it that way I have a 2012 tuscon with over 100k miles absolutely no reliability issues, have only done regular maintenance, oil changes and tire changes. Hyundai and Kia are stepping up their game dude so yeah don’t talk without knowing facts

I know Toyota and Lexus have the best reliability and resale value. That is why you see so many older Toyota’s and never see any older Kias because they are junk.

I got 2013 Pilot Touring and I love it. This on the other hand looks like a minivan and it’s ugly. Bring back the boxy style and I’ll upgrade otherwise, I’m going out of Honda in next 2 years. Perhaps 2020/ 2021 GMC Yukon Denali will be tasteful upgrade!

Plus SUV has the worst depreciation after five years of ownership. For the price tag of this vehicle I’ll rather buy an Lexus GX.

I have the 6spd which I love 2020 exl with nav and res .I didn't want the black edition, touring,or elite cause the new 9 spd push button transmission.my family has 8 6spd 2017 to 2021 exl and no problems including mine but my friend with the 9spd has has problems with his touring .he hates it and wish he got the 6 spd

Please don’t buy pilot, it has reliability issue, apparently, 2019 pilot, 2019 passport and 2018 to 2019 odyssey have defective infotainment system, just search online, there is a class action lawsuit against Honda for selling defective vehicles, also, the problem still haven’t fix yet, and it’s been almost a year, so it’s indeed a lemon car, expect 2020 pilot to have the same problem. I cannot recommend anyone to buy a pilot we unless it’s fixed.
