UPDATES:
02/01/2023 - It got down to 14-degrees (F) last night and my Jeep started properly this morning. I'm still keeping my jump pack handy on cold mornings for the time being.
02/04/23 - It got down to 8-degrees (F) last night and my Jeep started properly this morning. I'm more confident replacing this relay solved the problem.
01/15/24 - It went down to 9-degrees (F) last night for the first time this season and my Jeep started properly and stayed on without issues. So I'm even more confident that replacing this faulty relay was the correct fix. But I'll still keep my USB jumper charged and ready during cold snaps just to be on the safe side.
