If it was already dead and they tried to jump it, then the jumping part wasn’t what caused it to blow that fuse. The vehicle was already dead.

The 150 is always the case and then the 25 ECM fuse gets it as well

Mine dont have that but it has a fuse block full of relays and fuses when i took that cover off i noticed the relays where kinda out of place so i went threw and pushed everything down including all fuses and that was the issue with mine the starter relay and starter solenoid relay was out of place im assuming vibration from the motor vibrated them out of place
