2020 John Deere X739 Walk around part 1

I have the x739 and LOVE it! The only time the screens get blocked is in he fall when cleaning up dry, dusty leaves, they perform the way they were specifically designed.

What degree (steep) hill do you think this would climb? I’m looking for something that would cut my fairly flat lawn but could also climb my back hill to get to my 5 acres of woods...Help pull small trailer of cut wood etc. lastly what did something like this cost you (and cost of snow blade?).

I'm not sure what degree it would climb, i have a steep but small hill in my backyard that it has absolutely no trouble with. It's only ever spun a tire on snow when i was plowing a big pile. The base unit was 14k, with the mower deck, plow, weights, and brush guard it was 18k.

Not quite, I'm in wisconsin. I looked at those but didn't quite need that much of a machine, and i really wanted the 4 wheel steer. That's why i went with this over the x758. Plus i got this financed for 60 months at zero percent, that was a huge selling point for me

Those so called safety features like the reverse switch, often make products more dangerous. And it is not just garden tractors. I have a battery powered circular saw that puts your thumb in a bad position to allow the blade to turn.

Ya pushing the button to reverse was more distracting than just turning around when i back up, not really worth it for me

Bought a X730 with the 48 inch deck in 2020. I have 6 acres, No problems so far.

Nice Vids, it’s a great machine although a bit of a gasoline guzzler. I was looking for the diesel in the 4 wheel steering but they just don’t make it. I bought the 2020.

Ya it definitely isn't fuel efficient, but it's not terrible. I wanted a diesel 4 wheel steer too, too bad they dont sell the x900 series in the U.S.

I didn't really look at the x500 series after i saw the x700s. But I'm definitely in love with this machine. I live on 5 acres, mow alot of thick grass/weeds, and the 60 inch deck is never short on power. And after using it this winter a handful of times to plow with it, I'm beyond impressed.

I just purchased the x580 plows great, pretty easy to use. The locking rear is impressive. Can't wait to mow with it got the 54" deck.

Can you go in depth on the little blue thing, I’m electronics stupid so k.i.s.s. please.😂 If you do, perhaps address the nanny state fix you discussed for the mow in reverse jump. (Dear Karens who will chime in later about warranties and safety, shut up in advance, thanks)
