I've had these for a couple of days. My opinion is a must cop. They're real leather, it's on the thinner side but it's real. The creasing isn't major, and because it's real leather it looks natural and doesn't detract from the classic look. My pair have no sign of that funny toe to midfoot creasing Tony mentioned. You need to go half a size down with this release. They fit at least a half size bigger than a J1. If you wear your sneakers, you'll regret it if you sleep on these. If you're a reseller, do whatever you want.

Man, these sneaker reviewers talking about the quality and materials of shoe and how worried they are about creasing them (like they wear'em anyway🙄), knowing damn well they're gonna keep them on ice 🤦🏾‍♂️. Remembering how I came up and the feeling of not having the new Jordan's at school still haunts me. Nowadays I cop what I want and appreciate and WEAR my shoes. Good point. I bought a pair for my nephew because I got him the Chicago black toes, and he wears those all the time. So, I got him these. It's like having a piece of history considering Jordan scored 69 points in these. I don't know much about Jordans but if I'm able to get a pair for my nephew, I do so because he's in grade school which is a time nice shoes matter.

It’s those who clog and surge the app on multiple devices that hurts your chances of acquiring your pair. If people worry about creasing just get true to size and get a force shield instead of jamming and curling your toes for a snug fit. I think the GS size will crease hard w a permanent crease as oppose to the bounce back men’s size have when you push down on it.

I disagree because the Grape 5’s that released w/o laces in 2018 have the really soft leather and everybody loved those so I don’t know why you’re making this assumption. I got’em and I made lace holes and they feel great. As an OG (43 years) this is exactly what im looking for, nice soft leather and not that plasticky material that kills your feet.

Love your channel. Question, with the leather being softer, can a snug fit (toe touching the front) be comfortable? A size 9 is snug for me, but on 5’s I always go 9.5 due to the hard leather.

bronx bully honestly, I just wear mine true to size. Like I’m a size 10 and when I first wearing AF1’s they were kinda tight. But after like 2-3 wears I got used to them and they’ve been fine ever since, even when I get new pairs. Ngl idk my foot measurement loool. I recommend trying out the 13 with the protector and go from there if they’re more comfortable

I can tell the "leather" is better than the 2013's from here. The 3M tongue material, size and thickness doesn't look OG at all. The toe box, toe cap and the size of the netting on the side looks a lot more OG.

DES At first you’ll deff notice them in there (if you get the harder plastic) but in the end they’ll help. I would deff go a half size up to accommodate the inserts. If it’s smaller shoe like a retro 4, you’ll be good at your regular size.
