Hello, depending on their riding ability, experience and then physical stature, the 17/14 version could be good but then they may grow out of it pretty quick. The 19/16 may be a better option, but then again it would depend on the child's riding experience, ability, and stature.

I think so. Especially the 19"-16" model. The proper fit based Weight limit is probably around 190-200 lbs. I'm only 170 lbs,so I'd feel confident that it'd carry me quite well.

Yeah a lighter weight adult could ride this bike. It's not ideal and you may have to address the suspension to get it to suit your weight, but for just cruising trails it could be done. Thanks for watching.
