People are judging this bike so much saying acceleration is lesser than the bs4 version and does only 153 top speed. But let's be honest although after servicing the bike the top speed increases nobody will ride a bike at even 153kmph on a daily basis.

Heating is less, noticed the midpipe now goes underneath instead of a motocross alike by the cylinder side, which was close to rider's thigh and knee portion with minimal air ventilation. After 3 major trips the left lower knee section of my riding jeans has a literally different shade than the rest, no kidding. 🔥 Own a 15 RC390 btw.

For the city commute and 6ft guy, what would you recommend KTM Duke 390 BS6 or Himalayan BS6? It should be fun to ride, comfortable and easy to maintain. P.s.: Potholes=Off-road/Sometimes no road.

@@gr33narr0w55 I can do this on my apache 160 too, but auto blipper adjusts the rpm in a way that your drivetrain won't feel the thrust of downshifting, this will reduce the risk of chain breaking.

Dino please guide me..I am highly confused between this and rr310. Duke is maniacal in terms of performance but doesn't provide cover from wind blast on high speeds as provided by RR, also the looks of RR are drop dead gorgeous. Both are amazing machines. But what would you recommend for fun filled sports touring? As for office commutes i can live with anything. Thanks

It is normal not a problem the resolution of the tachometer is very high, even minor variations in engine rpm is displayed, whereas in other bikes it is not even detected and displayed

Bike is smooth very less vibration, the only downside of this bike is it drinks fuel. If you want an economical bigger bike, get the Honda Cb500f, it can do 90mpg and it's parallel twin plus Honda reliability.

BS 6 means 6th stage emission norms. So BS6 bikes need to follow a very strict emission norms set out by the indian pollution control. Outside india its usually to their norms hence you wont find this model on the official website, but the updated looks and feel will be given in the website soon with their respective engines. Hope I cleared your question.
