Here is a brief walk-through on a 2020 Lagoon 52 (6 stateroom version) catamaran. This yacht is in charter but makes a great "large family cruiser" as well. It already has $120,000 in future Caribbean charter bookings so she's a good money maker and US taxpayers can get tremendous tax deductions if the sale is structured properly.
