In Russia lawn care I used my trimmer Echo SRM-4605 with .120 trimmer round line and blowers Echo PB-770t, PB-250ln. I homeowner. Echo 4605 - $700, 770t - $800, 250ln - $300 (!) in Russia.

Do you send this same form to new customers as well? Customers who sign up in the middle of the season and such?

Not usually but when on the phone we always let them know were "full service", and ask if there's anything else on their radar that they may need during the season. Whether they sign up in March or they sign up in November (for snow), we always let them know what else we offer, and that we also service the opposite season. Hope that helps!

This isn't a contract, I'm not sure where you got that from? This is a lawn inquiry form that we send out to all of our customers to have them select the services they want. We do have contracts for our commercial accounts.

I love the information. Thanks for sharing. I think a lot of the specifics towards the closing of the video can be addressed by the way to go about scheduling work onto the calendar.. Starting business I didn't have any jobs lined up and began by saying to myself that we are booked a month out..This has made tons of progress possible. And filling in that calendar by working it from the the end to the beginning in essence.. after only 2 or 3 months of this approach we moved forwards and we where booked over a month out. We had to tell people we where booked 3 months out because we where... I would still go out advertising between each customer and before/after work. All the while, we where turning down jobs left and right because we became overbooked in a reasonably small window of time. Good luck in your business! 💯 I firmly believe in this and still plan to implement this, after all these years it's just second nature.

Brilliant. Great vid Bryan. This is what I need. Have you ever thought about emailing your customers these instead of mailing? Might be an even more efficient way, or maybe mailing is better. I'm not sure. I am always trying to improve. Either way, this is gold man. I have been in the same boat where we kind of go into the season without truly knowing what the year would look like. How do you deal with getting paid on time, especially when doing landscape work? I have been contemplating on only accepting financing with PayPal when it comes to doing landscaping work. Because usually what ends up happening during the spring,summer and fall months, I'm strapped for cash and waiting on people to pay me back at least part of there balance off. So then I have to put this on my credit card, causing me to always have a balance and interest charges on there eating away at my profits. Let me know what you do differently that will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

For mowing we’re a charge card on file end of month. Any landscaping work I do over $500 it’s 50% down 50% on completion. You might evaluate a 1/3rds system. Start, half way, finish. Just have to get creative and figure out what works best for you.

We have all clients on auto renew via a “payment agreement” when they sign up. We do a spring email blast to let them know they are on the schedule until otherwise cancelled. It’s fast and doesn’t cost anything to send. I couldn’t imagine snail mailing to 300 or more recurring clients.

Tons of options, google mapping, Yardbook has a mapping too. Find sqft or acreage and then times it by your acre rate for example
