I owned three different RX's in the past but when they moved to large grills I was done and moved onto a MB GLS and currently I'm in a BMX X7 50i. This refresh is a bit nicer looking but all-in-all I'm not a fan of the look. The big grill works ok on their sedans but no so much on their SUV's IMO. And the updated Lexus infotainment system is still far behind the competition in many regards. It's of course important that Lexus is finally supporting CarPlay and Android Auto but they are really late to the game. Yet I know many buyers will be rushing out to their nearby Lexus dealer to buy one of these new models.

I'm on my 3rd RX, first Hybrid. These are close to perfect cars; I have never had ANY mechanical. or other issues with mine. The new body style, and updated tech make it an even more desirable vehicle. Nice review.

Is this big and spacious enough for someone 6’ 1”? I have a Tundra Crew can because I know Toyota quality and longevity AND roominess for the driver and passengers. It’s my daily drive.

I'm just amazed how Lexus can make cars that last so long. We have a 2002 Tundra Crew Cab 4.7L v8 with 275k miles, and 2004 RX 330 with 315K miles mostly in daily San Francisco bay area traffic. I can't believe there are no visible oil leaks. The Tundra clear coat is peeling bad on the hood and top but mechanically no problems. On the RX330, the only thing that actually broke is the air conditioning compressor at around 200k miles. That's it. Absolutely no issues other than normal wear and tear maintenance. No rattling noise from door panels or dash. Barely any sign of wear on the leather seats, controls and buttons. It still gets 24 MPG (rated at 25MPG new)!! Oil change every 7500 miles more or less. 300k plus miles, original engine and transmission.

this is incorrect the new 2020 rx models DO NOT COME STANDARD WITH LEATHER ANYMORE only if purchased with the luxury package will you receive full leather this is also the reason the 2020 rx with the new design is the same price as the 2019 models

it depends on the rx 350 model there is a few I think some just front wheel drive and some with AWD etc..... just depends do your home work and get acquainted with models if your really interested in buying one sometime, good luck.

Hybrid and gas they say if you only drive it around town for 10 kms it’s not worth it they say because hybrid needs to be driven and the electric meters last longer. So I don’t get this hybrid, I do want too buy one from Lexus Mx or RX. So tell me what problems I’m going to have with “hybrid” if l only drive it 4 times in a week in town and once in a while on the hwy for hour and half of traveling.

The birds eye camera is available but hard to find. I’m looking for an f sport right now with the 360 camera and unless you want to pay for every single option available it’s most likely going to only have the standard rear view camera. My Chevy has the 360 camera so why Lexus isn’t making this a standard option or more available option I don’t know.

So first things first lexus/toyota is my favorite brand of car but what keeps me from getting a lexus is the fact that they used those awful trackpads for the screen but now that its touchscreen my god lexus has finally made their cars almost perfect. The only thing they need to do to make the brand perfect is to offer different engines or more horsepower for the car enthusiast. Getting tired of them slapping an "F Sport" badge on a car where it does absolutely nothing to the car other than make it "look" fast. Just make the damn thing fast and call it F Sport Plus if you want more than just the appearance change!

Seats are not leather - its NuLuxe interior which is fake leather. Wish you showed more of the rear in detail - exhaust, diffuser, upper spoiler etc
