2020 Lincoln Aviator vs 2020 Cadillac XT6 vs 2020 Buick Enclave vs 2020 Infiniti QX60

Three row SUVs have been exploding again, and it's finally hit the luxury segment with the brand new 2020 Lincoln Aviator Standard and 2020 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury. Both of these brand new for 2020 models take on the incumbent competitors in the form of the 2020 Buick Enclave Premium and 2020 Infiniti QX60 Pure Luxe. The Buick is the fabled veteran in this class, and the Infiniti has been the brand's best-selling SUV since its inception. Will the two new SUVs be enough to topple the reign of the other two? Or are they too late to the segment?

I'm seeing a lot of comments about the Infiniti 'winning'. The Infiniti did not win this. Watch the whole comparison first. It did happen to be the best VALUE proposition, however it is not the best vehicle here. Either watch the whole video or at least skip to the end to see the winner. Value is not the only category I look at.

Must have deleted the rest so that people who didn't watch the whole video weren't confused about the outcome by the comments--but trust me there were plenty. I revised the format of the videos heavily to try and prevent it in the future (haven't had the issue before or since this video).

I’d probably choose Lincoln (although the real leather package is a must). As for second I’d take the Buick. I legitimately find it to be substantially more attractive than the Cadillac. Strange as Cadillac is supposed to be pinnacle GM whereas Buick was more of a competitor for Mercury.

The Lincoln gives you 120 more ft lbs of torque for almost the same money. Torque is a huge deal if you plan on going camping in the mountains. Ford has pretty much perfected the 3.5 Ecoboost and the 3.0 has been around for a few years now, but the Aviator and Explorer are relatively new platforms and there’s usually bugs that need to be worked out on new models.

You can heated & cooled 1st & 2nd row seats in the Aviator, along with quad zone climate control like the XT6 offers. It also offers the panoramic sunroof as well

Good review. I usually don't watch videos over 10mins, but I was interested in all of these cars. I drive a JX35 so I was pulling for the QX60 but I really like the new Aviator. I agree with everything you mentioned about the XT6 and the Enclave as I have the same reservations about styling and space.

If I had done this comparison back when the QX60 was named the JX35, I'm nearly certain it would have won. At the time, the JX35 was a pretty groundbreaking vehicle not only for Infiniti but for the luxury three-row game in general. Look how long it took Lincoln and Cadillac to catch up and offer a competitor! I'm excited to see what the new QX60 has in store for the overhaul...which has to be soon seeing as the model is going on 7 years old. Glad you enjoyed the video!

@@Allcarseveryday yes, you did an awesome job. I'm trying to figure out what I want to get next. XT6 is too plain for the money. The Enclave is not status enough. The RXL is too small, too much plastic for the money. I hope the QX60 does better with styling, headlights, transmission and power. I love everything about my JX35 with the exception of the acceleration power, headlights, and music sound. I really like the BMW X7, but I would never own it because I just don't trust German quality after the Warranty. Thanks to your video, I have options.

The only one of these that I would consider over a Hyundai Palisade Limited at $46K would be the Aviator, because of its 400 hp base engine. To get the same level of features as the Palisade Limited, you'd have to go way higher in trim levels on these, which would push them up towards $70K. The Palisade Limited includes heated AND cooled second row seats and head up display.

U should had considered the power-train, etc in the cost of the vehicle. Based on how much technology you get, think the Lincoln gave you more for the money even tho was more expensive than the Infinity. Really nice comparison tho!!

Go figure, they wouldn’t mention the transmission failures, timing chain failures and VVT failures that’s plagued late model Buicks and many other GM products. My sister purchased one and within two weeks it was having issues that continued until she finally got rid of it. Everyone I know who’s purchased a GM crossover has experienced the same list of mechanical failures and poor build quality. Chevy, Buick, Cadillac, GMC..etc no longer makes good cars. Okey for a short while, but after the first few years they’ll end up in the junkyard.

You should have compared the Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury to the Reserve or Black Label trim of the Lincoln Aviator. The Lincoln would take the day. Its design is very range rover...stunning. moreover that 3.5 turbo, as in the Ford F 150, is a workhorse

Hes hot but this vid is missing details. Which i understand why. Theres alot to cover with 4 vehicles. I would have to drive all 4 but I'd take the Lincoln first. (Its the most updated) 2nd Cadillac, prestigious and very fancy. The buick 3rd because those can come loaded with caudill tech! 4th is infiniti. Time for an update. Not fancy at all. I used to drive them for work. Literally no better than its cousin the nissan pathfinder. Infiniti really should step it up and make the gap bigger between Infiniti and nissan. It's so obvious they're the same car.

Just got the 2020 buick enclave first suv all my other cars have been sedans my wife really wanted i can see why im almost used to driving big cars parking backing braking speed controlling i should get it down by next week which is crazy because i learned how to drive in a 2004 envoy

Its amazing that most luxury vehicle manufacturers are not reliable and yet they charge or even sell alot of them. Its like they think people with money couldn't care less they don't mind wasting their money on junk. For $50+k you should get a vehicle that is not only reliable but offers basic luxuries standard. Stop these 3+ different series and offer just 2 packages. One standard and the other one the top level. But I digress.

The mirror design & certain aspects of the side profile/ rear profile of the Enclave look a bit odd. Whoever designed the Enclave was overambitious wit the design to make it "stand out". Those aspects of it should've been designed differently to be more elegant

The infinity Pathfinder is the oldest. But probably the most reliable. Its a nissan. And as long as you take care of them they will take you far. Fuck what people say about their CVTs. Nissans easily last 200k miles and potentially 300k. The aviator is the nicest though. Fords are reliable as well but i dont know about the knew Explorers which is what the aviator is... but then again it probably isn't as bad as people claim. The buick and caddy are the sexiest though but i would probably stay wmaway from thkse models.

It's true that the quality of materials is most likely better in the other SUVs here than they are in the Infiniti. Usually I just compare face-value to face-value though. It's not to say that the Aviator isn't a good value proposition, but I stand behind my ratings. I think the QX60 is struggling in every area of this comparison except value, where I think you get a lot of features for the money.

p it just doesn’t compete well with some other luxury vehicles like Lincoln America bmw etc. also Mercedes benz helped manufacturing with some of the models since both key fobs look exactly the same. Also they are just outdated

@@skyforce2132 I understand; you have a valid point. It's been out 7years. It's really time for an update and Iam disappointed with the accerlation and transmission, but it has been problem free.. I have never had issues with my I35, Altima, RX 350's, or my JX35 which were all Japanese cars. Although I really, really like the new BMW X7, I will only lease one because I don't trust the German quality after the Warranty. Thanks for explaining and I see your point.
