Do you drill through with the feet and risers on there or do how you showed it?

If your truck bed is tall enough to require the feet and risers then yes drill with them in there.

depends on your truck, this old pickup i got power by using a Y splitter for the trailer connector. alot of newer trucks have a outlet in the bed for 5th wheel.

Yep it can, the slides on the deck come out to allow for 2 sleds
