I have 3 of them quarters two have something on the garden tool. I will post all 3 in a few minutes. I'm not sure what they call it I'm guessing a die chip

Yup mostly they are die chip if they are bigger and it is at the rim. They call it cud and they have more value than die chip. But some die chip like the crown have higher value when it first came out.

I came back and after looking at more of these found one this morning similar to the chip on the girls elbow, not exactly the same but in that area.

@@kayamananhunter I'm about 7 hours south of you if you're in Chi town. I screwed up not using some gloves. Looking at those coins and seeing all my fingerprints on them is an issue. I'm learning but I'm going to have to improve my habit's. I have carried new boxes and turned them for circulated coins in the past. I traded a box for a box and got these quarter's. Do you know how we can get them directly from the Treasury? These local Banks I deal with are still hoarding change. Or maybe its the Fed. IDK I think it's just bs that millions of people were home rolling change to pay for bills and who knows how many people went out of business because they weren't able to open. Looks like common sense dictates a huge surplus of change.

@@decoy2636 I only go to the banks for coins I usually go to community banks when I want to search for silver half dollar because tthats where the old people go. Sometimes I get lucky some old folks deposit their old coins. Wear a gloves when searching for coins especially now that there are more people getting sick because of the virus. Lot of people holds the money so we have to be very careful touching things.

@@kayamananhunter The virus isn't something that I personally worry about but getting fingerprints all over quarter's that might be worth more than a quarter is something I don't need to be doing. The media is ramping up the fear campaign agin I am afraid. I simply do not watch tell-lie-vision at all. By having a phone I pay for my own tracking already. Watching TV, I don't wish to pay for my own mind control. I can't stand to watch the local weather anymore. Sorry about the rant I'd much rather look at coins I have heard that we can order boxes of coins from the Treasury and thought you might know something about it.

@@decoy2636 sorry but I dont know anything about getting coins from the treasury. I have never tried it. Even banks have difficulties on getting coins because a lot of people are hoarding and some are just not spending.

Hi, I don't buy coins po, I just do coin hunting as a hobby. But if you have the same coin in a good condition you can sell it in ebay. Some coins graded ms 68 they are asking for more than 100 dollars. Some are selling their coins for 30 and up. Good day po

What about 3 nicks on the shovel I have found several of those also die cracks from the hand to the seedling and a background that looks like it has been sanded under the arm and seedling that's what I have found half way through a box of new ones from the bank. Edit these quarters have more damage than any other ones I have seen in bu rolls even D quarters out of circulation look better and new hands down P mint quarters this year are terrible as far as quality's concerned.

Yes you are right I have seen this new quarters a lot more damage than the old circulated coins. I havent seen the 3 nick on the shovel yet..

@@kayamananhunter There several of them that have all three errors in combination. Idk how many have one or two of the three. Idk about sending some off but its cost prohibitive I'm sure they're a example of poor work due to lack of quality control at the Philadelphia mint in 2020.

@@decoy2636 yes most probably, a lot of die chip coin that I found were minted in Philadelpia. Poor quality but hey its fun lookjing for some die chip errors too.

@@kayamananhunter I had to just stop at half a box I was getting fever wanting to send some off. I have other coins I've found in the past three years since starting hunting coins just haven't experienced getting a coin graded maybe this is my opportunity to do so. They're worth a quarter all day long I might be able to make a few bucks. IDK if it's worth it as there will be many attributed to this quarter by other people. Like you said it is fun or we wouldn't be doing it.

@@decoy2636 sometimes if we don't try we would not know. I have been collecting coin for years . I found different errors too and I always wanted to do a you tube video but it took me years to do it. It is not too late yet. Start sending your coins to grading co. Make sure its high quality coin with a nice error, good luck.

Just so you know if the coins have no mint mark that means it was minted in Philadelpia, except for the 1982 no p dime. If you find one then you got a good money specially if it is in good condition like uncirculated condition.
