I love this video! I‘d say the exact same things that you said at the beginning. For me personally in 2020 happened so many horrible things, not only Covid. But I realised how privileged I am to be living in the save and privileged county I live in. This year I made so may beautiful memories with those who are the closest to me and I am incredibly thankful for that.

this really reminded me that not everything in this year was bad ... there were a lot of moments where I thought that there was nothing left in my life which makes me happy since the pandemic took many happy things away from me. But I know now that there is always a silver lining left and there are still many thinks that make me happy - it was a hard year for everyone and unfortunately the whole situation is not over yet just because a new year has started but I have way more hope that’s it’s going to end soon and that all the joy comes back to life ... Everyday I tell to myself that’s it gets better, that I’ll find friends at university when this whole Covid thing is banned, that I can celebrate with my friends soon and that I’ll be happy again soon - so thank you for reminding me through your video!

anxiety I can relate..I had made a lot of progress last year and since the summer times have been more challenging.I know I? have learned what really matters and I have privilege also..What have you learned about anxiety? The isolation has been hard-I miss my friends and teaching in person. I am grateful I can see my parents at a distance and can't wait for a hug.

I also was much better in the summer! Winter has been much harder. For me personally a lot of my anxiety comes from obsessing over the future, and never really settling into my day to day. I just found a lot more appreciation for each day and each moment and that helped me a lot!
