Hard work with unexceptional talent will get you respect, but exceptional talent honed by hard work and dedication gets you success. Inoue is the most uniquely gifted boxer I've seen since Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali.

yeah, it's often telling to see how a fighter physically organizes themselves first in their guard and then in the transitions between laying back to the right and hanging out over the front foot on the left. inoue just 'has it'. the confidence, the speed, the fluency, the variety. a seasoned boxing head can tell he's legit before you even see him throw punches.

Come on guys. Different weight classes. Naseem Hamed had insane power at featherweight. Inoue is a bantamweight which is two weight classes below that. If an old Donaire was able to break his orbital bone, imagine what Naseem Hamed would have done. Let's be real here. Naseem Hamed would have been too fast and too strong for Inoue.

Mas accurate din siya sumuntok kesa kay Pac kaya nga sabi ko, mukhang siya yung refined version ni Pac. In and out movement tapos bato ng combinations. Canelo always stays in the pocket and he sits on his punches then dodge and sway ng katawan para sa defense.

At street weight Inoue is a pretty big guy, all muscle and very little fat. He looks like at least a junior lightweight (130 pounds). You can really get a sense of his speed and power just watching him spar or hit the mitts. Scary stuff! His father looks like a real no-nonsense guy himself, just like his remarkable son.

I mean, that bouncy footwork with explosiveness to pounce in and out and to position himself for both offense and defence is like Pacquiao in his lighter weight days, and he punches like Canelo except for he's using jab more frequently than Canelo. Canelo always invites his opponents by staying in their sight then moves with his head, Inoue is doing the same but he'd rather throw 2-3 jabs first.

after the demolition job that he have done today, I absolutely have no doubt in my mind that Naoya Inoue might take the undisputed title at 118 and 122. I can also see Inoue moving up to 126 up to 135. this lad is truly a monster, fantastic boxer with brilliant defense with tremendous punching power and pin point accuracy. even though I think that Casimero might give him a great fight, I still think Inoue beats him. this is the fight to make and their promoters must do their job and both Casimero and Inoue are both at the top of the division and nobody can beat both of them right now except if we saw how that fight will roll.
