The thing about this draft, it was so much different than any other. 1) No NCAA Tournament 2) No draft Workouts 3) summer in limbo, when regular prospects have a "clear idea" of what their team wants them to work on come training camp in October 4) The draft took place after a Normal season" would even start (Novmember) 5) Prospects had 3 weeks(?) to prepare for training camp 6) Teams may have had to use older footage, to get a good gauge on players. 7) Raptors were trying to figure out where they were going to setup shop, Not just for players and coaching staff, but all the staff members, and family that needed relocation.

Jalen Harris was a lights out bench scorer for the raptors for like half a season but he couldn't kick the heroine habit. Very talent undersized microwave scorer, a la, Lou Williams and Jamal Crawford but really just too too bad.
