Try pushing the pedal very quickly down from a stop and it should eliminate the shifting and hold redline.

These cars are no hotrod but very reliable typical from anything from Nissan my mom has a 20 altima exact same black on black the 2.5 litre engine they use in these are nearly bullet proof and 43 mpg highway is nothing to sneeze at for this size of car
