Sorta sounds like you modded your last one until it started tearing itself apart. Leave it stock (or close at least) and it's bound to last a lot better. That's why the john deere guys find the gators so reliable I think.... 60hp, 45mph, 27" rubber... but they go a long way without detonating transmissions or twisting axle shafts.

Love the setup and thanks for the walk around video! I like the idea of the amber light in the front as well. I've done something similar on my 4Runner TRD Pro with Baja Designs LEDs. Which light bar did you go with there if you don't mind me asking? Thanks!
Nice Ranger. I bought a 2021 Polaris Ranger crew 1000 premium a few weeks ago. I liked how you kept your faith in a Polaris Ranger despite the problems you had with your last one and you did not go on a rampage on saying Polaris is "junk", like many people do. I believe doing proper maintenance and using the machine for what it is intended and capable of is key in making any truck, UTV , trailer etc... last longer and encounter less problems. Besides having rear differential problems and wheel bearings, what other problems have you encountered with the Polaris Rangers you have had?
@tuttlepuddle3 жыл бұрын
The crew I had so far has had 4 transmissions. Wheel bearings, tie rods, steering rack and a couple rear wheel hubs. This one I have now has 2300 miles and I haven't had to anything but change the oil and put gas in it. My crew was cursed.

I have the same machine but orange. Love it. I want to upgrade tires/wheels too but have seen issues with other peoples rubbing with that size. If you turn the wheel all the way and hit a bump does it rub? Thats when you would notice rubbing. Im not lifting mine. Not worth the headache. Im still gonna do the Gilomen tune/clutch kit as it just smooths out the clutching and drivability. Sounds like your Crew had clutch alignment issues hence the hard shifting into gear. Just a heads up i did a front brushguard on mine that looks like it uses the same support as your rack. Polaris makes a redesigned crossbar so it doesn't block your camera. Where did you get the back window wrap you had on your Crew? Nice looking machine👌
@tuttlepuddle4 жыл бұрын
The tires are 30-in big horns They actually measure 29-in They don't rub at all full clock articulated nothing. The back window film I got off of Amazon it was for a truck I didn't do it this time because when it gets wet you can't see out of it. I appreciate you telling me about the update across bar because that was an issue on it that I should have mentioned in the video thank you I'll look into it. I end up getting a whole new clutch with the totally different part number and I still broke a shift lever after that I'm not for sure what was going on but I was suspecting maybe the Gilman clutch tune had something to do with it as I had the dealer reinstall it in the new clutch and they did check the alignment make sure everything was good to go. like I said this unit though shifts like butter so I'm not touching it and it runs 70 miles an hour.

@@tuttlepuddle Thanks for the info. I looked at your other video on the crew it appears that you mounted the light bar differently on this one then you did on the crew. Did you have the brackets fabricated and which mounting system did you like the best. This installation looks a little neater I like it. Also do you think this one is less noisy then the crew. @@nickelmore8679 It's a 52" curved light bar just like the one I had in my 19. The brackets rivet in so it's pretty much flush and doesn't effect the seal at all.
