It's great to see these cars preserved in near original condition. I love the multi-carb engined cars if for no other reason, it took more effort to keep the carbs tuned (2 or 3) as opposed to just one. The sound and performance made the aggravation worth it. Anyone can stick slicks on a car and get traction, but it takes a master to get traction out of stock tires. In the old days, we had a guy who molded wider rubber (and softer) on a stock tire for stock looks but much better traction (the original "cheater slick"). We also took the chevy fuel injestion plenum, cut it appart, ported it, welded it back together and then bead blasted it for stock looks. Oops, I revealed one of my speed (cheater) secrets.

I grew up in the 60s a d 70s Ford put out very few street racers. GM had them by the dozen and Mopar.

For 2021 it appears they did some work to the signs to make them more readable.

Some of them are nice restorations and others are nice restorations with suspension tweaks set up for the strip. Put some old shocks in front to transfer weight
