Man I love this Byron blue satin color way. If you don’t look closely you’ll think it’s just the normal Byron blue color, but when you come up close you notice the color is so much softer and unique than the normal blue. It’s great. It’s the best Matte paint I’ve ever seen.

if you hold the brake while touching the accelerator pedal so that the engine revs up. then you let go of the brake to get the fastest possible start, in principle like a launch control

Very seriously considering moving into this Velar from my F-Pace SVR. I’d love to know just how much performance I’m giving up... Thanks for this review - probably the most comprehensive one I’ve seen :) Australian buyers are indeed getting killed on that price!! Canadian and Australian dollars are about even. Both my F-Pace SVR and the Velar SVA that I’ve configured came to $102,500 CAD!!

CapnT Yeah you’re probably right on the price, but when you take into consideration the income and minimum wage in australia in the long term it comes to around the same price if not a tad more expensive.

OMG Not a BMW V8 soon😳, here comes more problems. They’re better off keeping the Ford engine. 03-05 Range Rovers’s has the bmw V8’s that weren’t good . I guess they’ve went back to collaborate with bmw like they used to 🤔.
