Sanober's Kitchen Hi Sanober Sister, I basically like writing and had been journaling since I was 7 years of age. I write almost all my major feelings, thoughts, memories in my journal. I have felt that my journal has been my most patient best friend throughout these years. I also stick on to my daily to-do list which is written. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I also publish vlogs and in one of my vlogs I have shown my journals and a glimpse of what I write in them generally. I don’t remember which episode. To start journaling first try to cultivate an interest. Then try to grab a cute, attractive book which would make you feel like writing and writing again, revisiting! Need not write on a daily basis, but write the major events! Stick things which are dear to you, I have stuck my baby’s hospital band in one of my page’s, that itself is a memory.
