I'm happy with mine ,a Defo step up from 8000 serious. I use it for TV ,u know Netflix and UHD physical media asking with a Sony 700 blu ray player. This guy's ok , he's not on " auto hate " for Samsung like the idiot at " Quantum " KZbin site. Here he will actually tell you what's also GOOD about a TV , I booked an appointment at the shop compared to the crystal 8500 or what ever it's called this was a lot brighter with a decent sharp picture , esp for the cost. Nice to see " BALANCE" in a review 👍👍

Juts got this TV (43") in the mail yesterday and I'm actually using it as my dedicated PC monitor and so far it's been pretty awesome. This TV by far has the best and deepest black levels compared to my previous 27" 1080p 144Hz monitor that I was using and honestly I wouldn't go back, it's just incredible how nice of an image this TV does have. Just a quick fyi, after you put the TV in game mode you can actually go to the additional settings for game mode and turn off game motion plus and that will bring the latency down to about 9ms which is what I did and I've been very impressed with the outcome while playing PC games. Your review for this specific 43" Q60T is what I was searching for while waiting to receive it in the mail and from what I can tell it's one of the only reviews that I could find, and I'm really glad that you made it. I've seen others review the Q60T but mostly it's been the 55"+ models but not this one in particular so again thank you for this review.

I just got this TV and mainly use for Netflix, hulu and ps4. its a huge upgrade for me and works great, I do have an upgraded cable I use for my ps4 but it runs ff14 great with min lag compared to my old tv. Natalya Richardson yeah, it’s awesome. If you wanna use it for entertainment it’s FANTASTIC and the picture quality is great. The 43 inch size is also perfect... not too big or small and there also isn’t too many 43 inch TVs with these specs. I also play a lot of games but this tv isn’t too great for that. I play games competitively on a monitor so trying it on a larger screen had more input lag than I’m used to. But overall this tv is great for media which is why I purchased it. It would also wait until Black Friday to pick it up and save a little over $100 🙂

Natalya Richardson definitely, I played ghost of Tsushima on there and it was great and the input lag wasn’t bothersome at all but when it comes down to fps games that require advanced timing it could be a problem. I actually have my Nintendo switch still hooked up on there for single player games 🙂

I’m having a hard time i got the ps5 abut need to upgrade my current Samsung 1080 p 43 inch tv. I went to bestbuy and this tv in “ store retail mode” stood out to me the most . I’m stuck between this one and the 49inch nanocell 85 that does 120 hz. I feel like i can’t choose this ones picture quality over the lg 120hz and giving up that and hdr 10plus. Does anyone have both? Lol which one looks better overall q60 , 49” nanocell, or Sony x800h?

The picture is better on the QLED in general but do what works best for your budget if you have one. They both that the the same os and you can use an antenna on both of them.

Great tutorial. I debated Samsung or Comcast and because once you set up Samsung you need Comcast tech to reset to Comcast, I did not follow through. However, you did a gr 8 t job. Is it worth paying an additonal $170, though...? The Samsung 50" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV is on sale for $328 at Best Buy, but the higher/newer model is $498. I Purchased this model TV in the 58 inch size. The Set was bad out of the Box. After numerous calls to "Customer Service" Long encounters on the phone, trying this, doing that. Nothing worked. The Tech came out and immediately stated. "The Main Board is bad" The TV would flash "Qled", then try to reset itself. work fine for a bit then again. It was literately unwatchable. It is behaving like a TV should now, but spent the better part of 2 Months fiddling around with it. Between Tech folks trying to fix it over the phone, and waiting to see if it would reset itself. Yes they replaced the Main board. It is Brand new TV? Does not say much about the Quality, or does it?.

It actually went on from there. tech left with replacing the board.When I would turn on the TV. there was a pop up that said "Font, and Front Color adjustment. Go into service Mode, and Reset"" I called again. They once again tried to fix it over the phone. I was on the phone with them a little over 2hrs. finally the "Customer Service"; rep. said. we will send someone out. Two days later I got a call from a Senior Technician at Samsung who said, after the board was installed, it was not set up properly. He was really nice. He had access to my TV, and was able to fix that part, and do some tweaking, but what a hassle,,phew.. :^)

Can a modern smart TV be used with a simple TV aerial ? The reason I ask .. our bedroom TV stopped working yesterday and my wife went MAD. I suggested taking our Sony TV from the lounge but there was no option of selecting the input source to the aerial .. only HDMI or SCART options. Of course, I GOT THE BLAME I don't want to be buying a new TV and find I can't connect it to the aerial

Steve - I got few questions: 1) i regularly change inputs in my TV, from cable to xbox to roku... the smart remote doesn't have input button so how to change it ? I don't want to use tht big other remote! 2) There is a Ethernet port on TV - What exactly is the use for it? You also said to hookup with router, what benefit it does? 3) That color changing light u having besides tv is superb. May I pls know what product is that? 😍

I imagine you could use the voice commands "Select input X" or something. Ethernet connectivity is more stable than wireless and can also improve the data rates compared to WiFi

I just bought this TV Samsung QLED Q60T in 85inches from Argos UK 🇬🇧 on Black Friday sales. It’s for use in my home in Nigeria 🇳🇬 and my very first smart TV. You can imagine my disappointment with all the bad review on KZbin. It’s a relief to know that the TV is not a total disaster, I think the only downside is it’s 60 and not 120. I am not a gamer and so it will do. I also bought an LG NANO 65inch 2020 model for my 2nd sitting room, which is a back up if the Samsung is a bad choice. Thanks for this balance review which gives me peace of mind.

How much of a difference does 120Hz do? I looked at the same game trailer on both a 60Hz and 120Hz TV at a store, and I couldn't see a difference? Also, the contrast looked just fine on a QLED despite it being in a store with very bright lights. Looking for a good 85" gaming TV under ~$2,500. 🤔

Most store Demos are 60Hz, 120Hz is smoother on supported content

is the money worth it over the Samsung - 43" Class 8 Series LED - Would be a $150 dollar difference. Looking at 43" - Will be using it for pc monitor/gaming. I can live with 60hz

Does anyone have trouble with extreme darkness with certain movies/tv shows? Seems like it only happens with 4K programs. Seinfeld on Netflix. Emortals on Disney +. Could it be an issue with my settings?

These TVs are brighter with SDR but HDR most TVs are darker unless you get a very, very expensive model with high nits that no one advertises the rating on

Trying to find a decent TV that's not too pricey to be used mainly for PS5 gaming, my old TV is about 8 years old and is on the fritz so I thought I was due an upgrade. I've been looking at this Q60T and the TU8000 but aren't sure which would be better or if I should look for something else altogether.

The picture quality of my newly purchased 58 inches Q60T is very sharp when you are directly opposite the tv, but as soon as you move to the sides, the picture quality reduces. Pls how do I resolve this issue?

This tv is native 60hz but if you use the Clear Motion when you play on console it actually simulates 120hz. In my opinion who owns the Q60T it works pretty well. I dont regret I didnt baught a Q80T or something like that.

Is there a way to change to full screen for movies shot in widescreen? The black bars on top and bottom of the screen in wide screen really take away from the screen size for me. I’ve tried changing to fit to screen but am still getting the widescreen format with black bars across the top and bottom.

You will destroy the picture if you do that and crop out most of the movie. It’s called anamorphic widescreen en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anamorphic_format

Dont buy this tv in middle east. it doesn't have google voice command instead have Samsung Bixby which doesnt understand and remote is useless. now i am using with mi tv stick which has google voice command
