Excellent Video - good insight - a little exaggerated about the offsite/onsite productivity numbers wrt to manpower usage : ) . But yes Fab shops makes the difference by producing quality product

is there a way you can describe work process from Receiving ISO's to develop shop drawing. What transpire between the two entities

Being a mechanical pipe fitter / mechanical hand this is impressive. But I hate to say it,majority of the time pre-fab is only like 50-60% spot on lol.

the outcome from the fabrication shop weighs heavily with the VDC activity - The product however should match the drawing provided if that is not acheived than it defeats the purpose of a Fabrication shop
