I fell in love with it. But would it be a good first car tho? or going with golf is better...

I'd say it depends how much you are willing to spend. The golf is pricier but has more space in the backseats so take that into account if you plan on starting a family or have one already. Also the golf is available in bigger engines and drives better. So if you like long trips the golf could be the way to go.

Have a question..Yes I drive in the city but I do driver out to Orange Tamworth and Dubbo a few times a year...so open road is it suitable?

Yes. 99% it is a 100 klm Max.limit. BUT, out on the 'Interstate Hwy' it is a Max of 110 klm. (between Melbourne and Sydney, and between Melbourne and Adelaide) Regards.

Yes, in OZ we drive on the Left hand side of the road and our steering wheel is on the Right. This was NOT filmed in Australia.
