wasnt white or volvo a company togeather at one time?.my boss bought 25 new white brand cabovers back in 83 shortly after it was volvo?..i dunno but i did get to drive the white cabovers they where good and had air suspension never see them anymore or see them in junkyards.my best friend got killed in a new white cabover he was 2 weeks from retirement another driver fell asleep as he topped hill

A lot of companies are open 24/7. But sometimes you just have to drive weird hours to make appointments

Why would anyone new want to get into trucking? Truckers are discriminated against. They are required/forced to work many hours a week for free. Has soon as you get a CDL, you lose some of your rights as a U.S. citizen. You really run on other people's schedules. Like that cramp at Best Buy, you arrive 50 minutes before your appointment but that's too early. You arrive 5-10 minutes after your appointment you are late. You are supposed to be " exact ", just like your ELDs.
