I’m saving for my first car love; the Volvo! I desire a new one hence saving! I’m looking forward to driving it around especially now with COVID. I can’t wait to get one after all of these years of wanting a Volvo! Happy for those who have one! 👍🏽

Nice review but you shouldn't complain about things when you freely admit that you don't how to use them. All of the features that don't have buttons can be controlled by simple voice commands so you don't need to take your eyes off the road. Also, I don't know your driving style but I've had my T5 Inscription for just over a month and I'm getting almost 30 mpg with virtually no highway miles, just country roads and city driving. It's a fantastic vehicle and I absolutely love it.

Thank you again for stopping by yes I am aware of the voice controls but I still think the complaints are just as everything should be easy to use and come naturally there should be no fuss when I first get Into the vehicle sure you can learn and get used to it but I shouldn't have to adapt to the car it should be more intuitive but again it seems most owners learned the systems and are enjoying it which is good. I'm also happy you are getting good fuel economy I've driven both conservatively and harshly but it's a great rewarding car nonetheless enjoy it my friend

@@aymanshabana5042 As mentioned above, you can also use voice to turn the AC on and off. If you're asking if a broken screen prevents voice from working, don't know, but I would guess not.

@@aymanshabana5042 before or while you’re driving? If before, take it to the dealer immediately or if while you’re driving, you can use the voice control. I mean, you or your front passenger would’ve done something major to it or something major happened like a collision to really break it.

and all of the xc40 reviewers over look that all of the changes can be made by pressing the voice button on the steering wheel no need to use the touch screen while driving...just press the button ..

That is true but I'm old school still need physical buttons voice control is very foreign to me and not something I'm used to doing, talking to a car

Great review. I really like how much you communicate your perspectives/opinions vs. just the facts.

Hey thanks so much Douglas that really means a lot to me my friend. Yea I really try to convey my feelings in these videos so buyers can make a solid choice to see if the vehicle in question will fit them. Thanks again for appreciating this

This is great. Thanks for the second review. I think that Volvo is known for making comfortable, safe, and easy-to-live-with cars. I just wish that that made more performance cars. Hopefully their new Polestar brand will satisfy that niche. Also, hopefully someday I get to see you review a Polestar 1!

Since you used to/still own a BMW 440i, how do you find the HK sound system in the XC40 compared with that of the 440i's?
@MeynMotorGroup
@MeynMotorGroup 4 жыл бұрын
About the same slightly better in the Volvo I think. Volvos Bowers and Wilkins tho, that's like one of the greatest sound systems ever can't get that in the XC 40 however

Absolutely no information on the driving characteristics, handling, transmission operation/function etc. "I really like this car- I don't like this, I really do like this car - I don't care for this.. Good Lord!
