OMG. Lucy! Are you coming back to us? I just chanced on your youtube channel as I do now and then to see if you’ve put out anything new. I was so surprised to see this. Tell me you are coming back. I have my calendar from last/this year and I will be getting this. I hope you are happy.

I'm hoping to be back soon. I've had so much change going on in my life and more to come so I've not done any colouring until these calendars came but I've really missed posting and I'm going to do my best to produce more content and be more active online. I'm so glad you like the calendars and I hope you'll really enjoy these new ones, they're beautiful! I'm hoping to do some colour alongs for the wall calendar and I'm definitely reviewing Johanna's new book out in October so I'll definitely be around! Thanks for caring about me, it means a lot!

Responding to a question in your earlier reply, I like when you color in something and talk about how you are doing it. I am a perennial new colorist, meaning, I have made little progress and so I love tutorials. I like Johanna's books, Romantic Countrys, Och Signor. Do you happen to have "From Holland With Love" or "Blue Willow". SO happy to hear your voice again. @@ColouringInTheMidstOfMadness

@@gailducrest5285 I will do my very best to do more tutorials. I actually recorded some a year ago that I never got round to posting on here ad my confidence disappeared so I'll have to find those and share them as well as making new ones. I love your phrase of perennial new colourist, that's a great way of describing it! I did review From Holland With Love but I think I rehomed it, I have SO many books and have to keep only my very favourite ones but I have all of Johanna's, all of the Romantic Countrys and Sagor Och Sagnor so I'll definitely do some colouring tutorials in some of those when I get a chance. I'm actually moving soon so most of my books are currently packed but once I've moved I'll try to be more active.

I love this but I am right handed so those rings will be in my way to colour.

So am I and it was fine to colour, when I needed to I just turned it upside down but mostly it was fine that way up it's exactly what left handed people do all the time. Give it a go!

I personally think it's a great way of re-formatting them. She can't really produce much more new work than she already does with at least one new book per year for the last 6 years. It's certainly not for everyone but I really like the different products with differently formatted images, it gives me a chance to colour things in multiple ways or with different mediums. I'm glad my review helped you see that it's not for you though. Happy Colouring!

Jay Bird I love the repeats always allows you to have a different approach to each picture
