6:00 rip that libero. Also as a 5'6 freshman, I am trying to be a setter. I have one of the best serves in the area and have extremely good sets. but of course, I am short. I am aiming to play on the international stage. do you think is possible that all of my other skills could make up for my height? 19:43 also are we just going to dismiss the synchronisation between the two people serving on different games

Great hands can make up for a lot. Shorter setters tend to run best on teams that run a 6-2 system. This system runs setters from the back row only and sub in an Opposite Hitter when they would otherwise go to the front row (essentially needing 2 active setters). The last thing you want is to be in the front row attempting to play defense against a tall pin hitter. All that said, Liberos do a lot of setting when running out of system, so you might also focus on you platform development as that position could be a great option for you.

@@gd_godmarc8027 You can be a blocking liability so they'll either pull you back to not block and cover tips when you're in the front row, however if you train your vertical jump you'll be great for blocking and have great setting hands if you train them.

At the High School and Club level up to 18s, yes.

Net Height is just about 8 feet (standard mens height). Players range in height from 6'0 to 6'6.
