The Stones rocked L.A. for two nights. 100,000 excited fans. Great set list, sound, vocals, performance, energy and crowd. I thought a stadium show was going to be risky, but the Stones can turn a huge stadium into a local club. Mick is amazing. It's only RnR but the shows were special. Thank you for all your videos.

@@richinoable of course and I needed some months to accept this. But he is a real good drummer. of course, the Stones are now not any more a british R & R band. These are the times today.

midiman nz thank you so much for streaming the Stones concerts in the USA! I'm a nearly 70 year old woman in Germany and a Stones' fan since 1965. I'm glad to have watched them in 2017 in Hamburg/Germany and I hope so much, that they will do a tour through Europe in 2022, when it's their 60th anniversery to see them the last time in my life.....

As always, Mick is just incredible. For the the first couple shows of No Filter '21, Ronnie seemed sloppy, but he was excellent for these SoFi gigs. Surprisingly, Keith was a bit off the mark on the "Sympathy" solo...at least on LA 1. Also loved the "can't find the guitar" error. Can't afford shows these days, but these FREE Fan concerts are the next best thing. Great job from all the contributors and editor midiman nz (?). Thanks guys and ladies. Keep rockin'!

I wasn't there I have some health issues but I read the 2 night attendance was closer to 160 k and the critics wrote that they felt the Rolling Stones just might be in their prime....lol..their prime and a big lick my ass with stones logo to the late night television hosts that have been saying for over 25 years now that these guys are old. Notice how they never say they are too old....ever noticed how they change up their songs every tour and i see no teleprompters anywhere and so on and so on ....as Iggy pop would say...blah blah blah.....peace

Brand new awesome multi space where the track used to be. I've never been, both Rams and Chargers play there, it's a gorgeous stadium, amazing design. I've heard they can display a huge roof TV that planes can watch as the approach LAX, love to see that.

They need... and have needed since 1975... a real solid, competent, really great lead guitar player. With Mick Taylor they had all these great musical moments and dynamics and dramatic highs which just don't exist anymore. Total train wreck live since you-know-who joined.
@Unsung_Earth3 жыл бұрын
It's not Ronnie's problem, they were finished by 71. Also at least Ronnie actually play's the dam guitar
@comicblueswithjonygitar363 жыл бұрын
Totally right, i wrote the same thing before i saw this, Taylor played all those incredible leads, IE Can't You Hear Me Knocking. Wood was better in 70s and 80s, Some Girls, Love You Live he could peel off some good solos, never like Taylor but adequate. Now he's lost it, he just plays 2 string power stuff, too distorted, o think they hired that 2nd keyboardist to fill in where both guitarists drop the ball. Woody looks spaced out? Keith barely plays, all open tuned 5 strings, "it's what i do," he snorts. LA got a much better show than Dallas i watched earlier, it SNOWED.

All their leads ended up getting too fucked up. Whether it was Mick and Keith on heroin or Ronnie freebasing coke for years.

If the Stones plan to tour again they'd need another guitarist. It's a guitar band without a competent guitarist. Keith barely plays, he's a prop, and Woody doesn't have it anymore, he's not able to play his hot stuff ala Some Girls era. They'd need Mick Taylor if he can still do it. I watched Dallas, LA got a much better show, Dallas was SNOWING. Jagger is still good and fit. The new sideman provide a muscular backup but it doesn't gel like Exile Stones. Neither show had a a single strong instrumental solo break, makes no sense for Stones. Why not have a harp player for Rambler, Miss You.... As I'm writing this the sax guy on Miss You jamming, but he's no Bobby Keys. There's an extra keyboardist, he played French Horn a bit too, his job is to fill in where Keith and Ronnie both feeb out. Ron Wood sounded distorted but he's not crisp anymore, and Keith... Wow "it's what i do," he explains. Wyman was forced out over near calamitous sex addiction with youngsters, all ill say, his playing is missed, and Watts so distinctive and better than replacement. I think we're seeing an end to an era, seriously. Did Jagger just tell Wood to turn down in Rambler? Wow. Mick Taylor where are you?
