pay attention to how open and closed your throat is and keep your embouchure loose

Think of the oo sound. See where your tongue is when you say it? Thats the position you want for high f. Also a little bit more pressure and colder air helps a lot. Thats how I learned it.

how do you get such a beautiful tone on the last note?? mine is so sharp no matter what i do

Different fingerings can alter pitch or even pressing keys can do that. Like when I play a low D I also press the low C# key (without the right pinky) to raise the pitch. Higher notes usually requires long tones and overtones for more accurate pitch. Sometimes reed strength is the problem if it is too soft for what you’re trying to do.

I dont believe he is circular breathing, I believe he just has strong fundamentals leading him to being able to play full phrases with one breath. If he is circling breathing then hes damn good at not showing it.
