Only if you can nail it like this, otherwise you'll sound like you are rushing or dragging

You must practice with a metronome to establish your actual rhythm...then gradually practice with Rubato...the technique of slowing away from your actual tempo and returning OR speeding up past the metronome and returning to actual tempo. It's a skill every true musician has mastered, just like double tonguing or great legato Happy practicing.
