You make all the high notes look and sound easy...I've been playing tuba for 4 years and some super high notes are hard...

It often takes a while to make high notes sound effortless. My best recommendation is to work on high range a little bit every day.

My suggestion to getting more effortless high notes (I’ve been playing for 7 months and I am the first chair tuba player) is to learn how to play other, higher brass instruments. Coming over from trumpet the high notes on other brass instruments come easier, so devoting time to trumpet or even tenor trumpet would pay dividends to your range and general musicality

Is reading euphonium in treble clef basically the same fingerings as reading a bb tuba in bass clef?

Not really. Assuming Bb treble the lowest line of the staff is an E (Concert D) where as in bass clef the bottom line is G (concert). I hope that answers your question.

What about those jumps after the tempo 1, any tips?

Slow practice and I like to consolidate large jumps to make them closer.

How would you like count this etude?

I would start out counting much slower in 5 with eighth note getting the beat. Eventually, you want to feel this in a subdivided (and uneven) two feel with a dotted quarter followed by a quarter getting the beats. I always am thinking at least to the eighth note level. I hope this helps!
