Save yourself some headache. Measure your truck front and rear and determine how much change you want and just measure up from the bottom ring. The bottom ring is the same as stock, you will see that when you change the lower perch

@@jeffz1220 the motion ratio isnt 1:1 though, so not as simple as saying you want 1" of increase and moving the ring up 1" on the shock body. OP, each application may differ slightly, however for this F-150 Bilstein says the bottom ring is stock and each ring above increases ride height in 0.5" increments (up to 2.5"). Most people say the top 1 spot tends to result in a rougher ride (due to preload on the spring), but the 1.5 - 2" range seems to be fairly common and liked.
