Wouldve been nice to know that i need to buy a forscan license to actual program my lights. Edit: least of my issues. Both taillights intermittently do not fully illuminate. Not sure what's happening there.

Just ordered these after my wife managed to put a big hole in her left housing on her First Edition...the dealer wanted $1300 for a single housing (which is currently backordered). Frankly, these look way better and I'll be able to pay for them by selling the good one on eBay

It comes with the USB adapter when you purchase it. These run about $20 www.amazon.com/Forscan-Scanner-ELMconfig-FoCCCus-Diagnostic/dp/B07MQ8GHG3/ref=sr_1_1_sspa

I just got these and my bronco is the Wildtrak model so I believe it has the LED taillights. I have a couple questions: 1) what do I do with the resistor? 2) the second piece you cut with the snip tool is hard to see - can you explain this piece? Thanks!
@ORACLElights2 жыл бұрын
1) If you have LED lights you can drop those in the nearest waste basket, you don't need them. 2) It's not a precison cut, you just need to make space for the factory trim to clip in. If you hold the trim up to the tail light you can see what is causing the interference (its a small plastic rib) just cut that off and you are good to go!

Does the dealership do the configuration on the lights?
@ORACLElights Жыл бұрын
They can but you can get the OBD tool for like $20 on Amazon and make all the changes yourself plus you can adjust and unlock other features on your Bronco yourself.

Correct, there is not an Amber turn signal option from the factory for the JK so this is good for Euro/Export conversions or to use for chase lights.
