For me personally, I’m more of a Coupe guy, especially with the soft top. But, last gen with the hard top wad truly special in my opinion. But, the Convertible is very nice on sunny backroads! Great video once more!

@@maxmorris4562 personally I don’t believe the interior of bmw are any better than Audi and unless your talking about M division verses the RS cars then I personally don’t believe the drive is any better either. Each brand deserves full recognition for their own achievements, but I think it’s unfair to rate one higher than the other.

Great video! But I don’t like this new model! Driving BMW’s and especially convertibles since many years but this is a huge back step for BMW. Major back step is the missing hard top roof, it has an ugly front grille, ugly displays in the gauges cluster. Best parts is the back of the car and BMW’s infotainment system, great engine, great seats.

The rear is wide and strong, the side profile is long and sporty , the front? that grill just ruined everything. Also those piano black parts in the interior I know what I am saying they will be ruined after days of use and with the sun shinning in it will be worst

The piano black trim is a mistake. I had a BMW with that trim and it was never ever free of dust. It’s impossible to keep clean and in showroom condition. I got rid of the car after a year...otherwise it’s stunning.

The car looks good so far but the price is ridiculous. For nearly 100,000,- you get a 6 cylinder fully equiped 6 row convertible. In the earlier days a 3 liter 6 cylinder 330i convertible was around 75.000,-. Are they crazy in Munich?

Even worse than the ridiculous grill is the instrument panel. Having the speedo and tach increase towards each other is just wrong. And by the way, they both need needles. I could probably get used to the grill (reluctantly), but I could never get past the new instrumentation. I'd have to go for the Audi A5 or the Mercedes C300 coupe over this BMW tragedy.
