The rock panels like the Badlands have save 90%. Last 10% I did a 3m clear wrap on the bottom 10 inches and no rock chips despite dirt roads and kicking up dirt in fields.

0 Offset and those tires = rock chips. The Gatorback mudflaps are expensive, but they are made really well. I put a full set of 4 on my FE and have a second set of 4 for our incoming Badlands.

I was getting chips on the stock offset wheels as well, majority of my miles were on stock wheels. The gatorbacks look high quality, I like their truck flaps, but I just can't justify $500,

Exactly. Plus, people complain about the price, yet a new paint job or ppf cost exponentially more. Buy once, cry once. I bought the gatorbacks before delivery of my FE.

That looks like it will only protect about 8 inches of your rocker panels.

You could make your own design for a flap out of uhmw plastic, just an idea.. did it for one of my trucks

You can go to any tractor trailer parts place and get a plain black mud flap which has a texture similar to the fender flares for about 10 or 15 bucks. More than enough material to make all four mud flaps for a Bronco out of that.

A idea might be rhino liner.On the door nice straight line. From the line down have it sprayed with Rhino liner Or line X .Or a clear wrap on the door.

Aw man, that's no fun. I have a badlands non sasquatch... the ko2's don't throw too bad but the rock rails take all the abuse. Putting some Toyo MT2's this week. I might get some flaps after that. There are some ford mudflaps that are generic. I'll get the part number tomorrow when I'm at work. Same deal, just screw them in.

Dude, all the other Broncos have a plastic mod that runs under the doors where your chips show? You must see that you either pulled it off or didn't pay for it? Either way enjoy the Trucks. I had Barney the Bronco from 1996 to 2011. She was full size. I bought it a year used $22,500. It was a '95 White O.J. mobile. Loved it. Ford is GOUGING ITS CUSTOMERS. You got kinda screwed...for buying it new. Those tires are horrible! Gravel is the worst. I live in the desert. Ford ripped you off.

Your comment is all over the place in a million directions. LOL But to reply to one of those many points, some trim packages such as the Big Bend don't come with anything under the rockers. Some packages like the Outer Banks come with running boards, and others like Badlands come with rock rails. So there are plenty of Broncos running around out there that have absolutely nothing there to protect the rocker, such as his.
