Whats your opinion on changing out the rotor nut with bearing underneath like Ivan did? It definitely looks like it would stabilize the shaft and help help with friction under load. I see the certate or higher end reels use that nut. I've been trying to find how to get one with retainer

Wow Mate your reel are rare in my region, i dont see any of my region selling that reel. I have check and yes it is possible to fit it in, you can purchase them from Hedgehog Studio.jp also before buying you can hit than a massage to double confirm if it could fit in to you Reel.

Both are ok only diffrence in price one is new one is old also the colour handle in rose gold and the other in black.

I think a bearing saiz is 6*10*2.5 not a 6*10*3

If get from shopee there no 2.5 only 3 its fit well too bro...if u want get expensive one u can get it from Hedgehoc Studio. Than u can get 2.5. Hope this help

Better to use 55mm as original is 55mm for Light to Medium...But if u are doing Ajing fishing its fine to ise 45mm..Because your turn ration will effect.

Hey mate, I just bought a Daiwa Caldia 2500 brand new. After I went to swap the handle over the right side from the left I've noticed the handle is alot harder to crank than when it was on the left (the way it arrived in the box). Do you know what could be causing this?

Hi Mate Congrats on your New Toy!!😊 Btw to your question, i have friends Angler that are right handed like you as what i know in the fishing world spinning reel right handed will always be better than the left handed rectrieve you will feel kore compact but now u are telling me u feel hard on the rectrieve might be some internal issue i guess...have u apply any thin oil to it try and see if it is still the same do contact the shop that u purchase from and do a one to one exchange as it is a new reel😊
