Thanks for the video, one note is that you don’t need to take all the bolts out of the cover to take that silver bracket, you can just take the one single 4mm bolt that holds that plastic cover and you can slide the whole exhaust out just pushing a little the plastic cover down.

I just installed this slip on exhaust on my 2022 V2, the sound on videos don’t do it justice, now you can really hear that V twin Ducati rumble sound, it pops and crackles with the dbkiller off. I went out for a ride and people turn even more to look at the bike because it sounds violent 💪🏽🔊

That two-tone titanium/carbon looks quite nice. Back in my 2-strokew days I was never really a fan of Arrow for some reason, but as I remembered they were always considered the more budget solution. They are still around though so must be doinga few things right.

NGL Arrow did an amazing job making the Panigale Great Again. I love my 899 mainly for the exhaust design. i don't what they were thinking with that ugly side chimney they put on the V2s.

This video sold me on this exhaust when I get my V2. I do have a noobish type question. Since heat is an issue underneath the seat, why don't people use header wrap to wrap the section of pipe there?

It's a brilliant exhaust, you won't regret it. Wrapping headers really really really isn't good for them. Our V2 has the heat shielding from ducatispacers. Tbh riding the bike the heat isn't a big deal. This simply isn't a city / commute bike.

Have you installed a race air filter? Because the UpMap is for a race air filter + (Termi) exhaust.

I'm guessing the Upmap takes care of the fact there is no more servo plugged into that connector on the left side, in addition to the deletion of the cat, correct? I really want to do an exhaust on my V2 to shed some weight, but I don't want to deal with the lame sound marshals at the tracks out here in CA. Heck, they flagged my little Ninja 400 with Akra slip on at Laguna Seca. Smh.

Was your bike running a little hotter in temperature after the upmap. I have the arrow slip on with the same map you downloaded. I noticed my bike was running 10 degrees hotter then Normal on a 75 degree day in North Carolina. Also did it feel smooth for you riding the bike ?

@@CaliMotoTV which map was that exactly. I might have to switch my map as well. I don’t feel comfortable with the bike constantly running nearly 200 or above 200 degrees when it’s only 75 degrees outside. On the oem map it ran 186 on a 95 day.

Apparently the V2 Panigale Bayliss edition will arrive in the USA November December 2021. Can you get your hands on 1 and test out the Ohlins suspension? Not Electronic but still Ohlins

99% of riders won't notice the difference between these suspensions. Furthermore, OEM Ohlins < aftermarket Ohlins. You're better off buying the regular bike, the suspension is just fine for most, and if need be upgrading it to a suspension build for you (weight / skill).

@@CaliMotoTV how successful was the heat shield you installed on the V2? Does it eliminate the heat when riding the bike? If you have leathers on does that make it cooler? It is hot & humid all year round where I live in Australia and if that heat problem can't be solved I will probably cancel my Panigale V2 Bayliss order. I am used to my 2015 Yamaha R1M, my Honda VTR1000 SP1 or RC51 there and my 2016 Kawasaki ZX-10R NINJA KRT Edition. Sitting on a hot bike seat would be unbearable. I did test ride a Panigale V2 and barely got up the road and I was taking it back from the heat but I didn't have leathers on that day only jeans. Surely that heat can be shielded?

What is the mileage range on the V2? I have a 2022 Panigale V2 Bayliss edition on order which is still a few months away from arriving. Enjoying your Ducati vids, plenty of information. My ride to work is 234kms, do you think on the highway the V2 could make that distance? 145 miles. Cheers

What are upkeep costs like for these? I've been thinking about buying a 955, my first Ducati but been told you gotta be made of money to keep paying through the nose to have them maintained properly.

There's nothing special about maintenance on this bike than other bikes. Oil changes cost the same as any other bike. The desmo service is at like 14k miles on this bike. Parts have a bit of a Ducati tax but it's no different than BMW or aprilia.

Can't reset the light. You need it if you unplug the servo and don't want the CEL light. Or servo buddy. We recommend a tune.
