Ducati Panigale V2 2020 - Last V-Twin superbike? Full review

Here we go! My first ful review in english and quite special bike. Baby Panigale is not baby anymore. Now thanks to more power, look, TFT dash and top electronics is great companion for Panigale V4 in Ducati 2020 line up. I believe it's the last V Twin sportbike and I hope it's gonna stay with us for some time!

I bought a V2 this year 2021. I payed deposit for BMW S1000rr. Now I need to choose keep my V2 or swop it for my BMW that's on the way. I am in China. As street rider, I don't want to give up my V2 and I am thinking to keep it over the BMW and take back my deposit. It's really an amazing sports bike and enough power even more power than the 2000's year leader bikes. Same as Yamaha R1 2015 almost!

Just to be clear. so i dont die... wheelie control on 1... im in first gear around 4-5k rpms (powerband),... I full send the throttle and HOLD it WIDE OPEN while shifting up gears.... it will come up and come down by itself?

With DTC 1 you cannot flip it but you won’t be able to pull really long wheelies too. It’s good for a start tho. After that you need to learn how to control rear brake

Do you pull the clutch in for wheelies in 2nd? I can do power wheelies only in 1st. Also in DWC 1 does it stop from flipping the bike at high angle? and yes on slide braking I am always missing the apex, but girls get wet

You cannot flip it with DWC on, but you won’t get to balance point also. I think that I didn’t use the clutch, don’t really remember.

Panie Andrzeju. Czy jest możliwość porównania Ducati 959 Panigale z Aprilią RS660? W kwocie 55.000 te dwie konstrukcje są dość ciekawe wiadomo RS660 to młodszy sprzęt i o mniejszej pojemności oraz mocy. Natomiast moim zdaniem interesujące mogłoby być luźne porównanie od strony użytkowej na torze tych dwóch motocyklów

I would say they are very comparable. I know you want an in depth video but just my two cents, generally i would say a ducati is just an rs660 except 300 more cc (and so more torque) and the rs660 has cruise control. But otherwise they have the same electronics and everything. If ducati made a 660 panigale it would be like a ninja zx6 vs gsxr600. Basically Which brand or design do you like more?

How come this let's you wheelie with WC on L1 but my V4S it cuts it pretty quick? You have to turn the WC off to do any decent wheelies or clutch ups

SS Me you just need to switch it off to male a proper one. If you want to do it with DWC 1 you need to go dead straight and be smooth with the gas. V4 is much more agressive and it reacts really quickly, if you won’t hit full gas it should be better

@@stevenspilly try with DWC level 1 at the beggining just to get feeling how it will lift up. Then you have to switch it off. I would reccomend to do it on rain mode or Street at the start. Race mode is the worst for wheelies. You don't need to switch off DTC. MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO MAKE IT SMOOTH AND EASY AND KEEP YOUR RIGHT FOOT AT REAR BRAKE. IN EMERGENCY YOU NEED TO PUSH IT TO COME BACK ON TWO WHEELS. However watch out cause if you hit rear brake hard and close throttle bike can throw you to the front
