No way this is state. Noone gets up that slow after winning state. I literally vetted what felt like 33 inches when I won even though I can only vert 20. There is not way to be that mellow after getting a state title.

@@larryvilla6869 It doesn’t always mean the same thing to everyone. It’s not “official” because Florida won’t sanction women’s high school wrestling until 2021-2022. The girls haven’t had states as a goal to reach for and so it might mean a little less for a while. You had the advantage of coming up in the sport that was already established and you bought in. The girls have only had private tournaments and wrestling clubs. So, do everyone a favor and stop trying to compare the girls’ experiences to your own. There is literally nothing similar between them except the wrestling itself.

@@Hammer_11791 :-) Off topic reply. I wrestled a little in college in Illinois. Moved to Florida. Became a long distance runner. Went to Philadelphia for med school and started in the late summer. When I would run in Philly then, no one could keep up with me. They all were killed by the summer heat. I was like, what heat? lol because I was Florida heat trained. That's why I commented. I'm sure you are correct about the wrestlers, but the girls here are quite nice looking, lol
