Excuse me, but "Turn the Beat Around" is not a Latin composition and it shouldn't be attributed to Gloria Estefan, who did a rather lame remake of it. It was written in the heart of the disco era by Gerald and Peter Jackson, two African-American men and it's classified as disco. It was originally recorded by African-American singer, Vicki Sue Robinson, who sang circles around Gloria Estefan, who always sounded flat and as if she was struggling with it. Just because a Latin singer remade it and it has a lot of percussion, that doesn't make it a Latin composition.
