Jacob, you mentioned that the old Benz is ready for valve adjustment. Trust me on this Darling, once it's done, you will roll down the road with a new appreciation for the pure Teutonic awesomeness of that car and its engine. Smoother, easier start, better (ahem...) acceleration. And you can do it yourself pretty easily.
