Looks like you're using Back Country Navigator on your tablet and it's missing the map tiles on the screen.

Yeah. Someone else told me that too. I'm using Bob T maps on BCN. I must've missed something during the installation of the map files. Seems to work ok the way it is though.

I've got a group going in March to ride the same systems. Did you happen to see any park rangers while you were there?

No we didn't. We've been there several times and we've yet to see a park ranger.

So can you ride at night at these trails or is it daytime only? Doesn't look like that cabin isn't very good for hanging out at night to me. I'd rather be riding instead

You're not technically supposed to ride at night but people do, especially on the Outlaw Trails.

Do you have need to be registered to ride there or just have insurance?

They don't check for registration or insurance. They do recommend insurance though.
