Beautiful vehicle. I so want it and am considering it.

If you haven’t purchased one yet, but can still find one at this time, I highly recommend it. About a month ago, I purchased an 80th Anniversary Grand Cherokee identical to this one, minus the add-on luxury package (I definitely would have sprung for it if my dealership would have had one equipped with it). And I’m absolutely in love with my new Grand Cherokee! This vehicle is stunning in person (Slate Blue is a beautiful color, and I love the granite crystal accents). Every once in awhile, I just go to a window to stare at it sitting in my driveway, or go sit in it for a few minutes just to enjoy the interior (the seats are so nice). 😂 I really love the exterior and interior of the new 2022 WL design, but I don’t think I could bring myself to buy the first year of any generation of any vehicle. Too many bugs/hassles. And I’m holding out hope that Jeep will listen to everyone and use something other than that mass of piano/gloss black on the center stack for future model years. I’m too OCD to mess with that much of a fingerprint/scratch nightmare. 😂 For now, I’m completely satisfied with this “old” WK design, which I still feel like is a massive upgrade over the 2017 Toyota Highlander I traded in.

@jdkilpatrick2000 the new 2022-2025 Jeep GC doesn't have a shifter though. I can't deal with that button b.s. I have an 80th anniversary and if I ever get the extra money I plan on trading it in for a jeep GC 2019-2021 5.7L V8 HEMI. They're 10k more or that's what I would've gotten. The new vehicles are ick with those dials and buttons. I need a shifter or it doesn't feel like a car. These new cars are taking the fun out of driving. I miss when you could just hit the pedal and determine yourself how much output, gas, etc you wanna use. Sick of the lag, slipping, ticks, and surges from these newer vehicles. My next vehicle if I don't like the 21 V8, I'm just gonna look for an 2009 chevy blazer with 4.0 V6 or 2002 nissan frontier. So sick of these slow laggy vehicles. My chevy blazer had 170 horsepower and would smoke the grand cherokee with 293 horsepower. Like how? Can't even floor it if you turn off traction control.
