The WK2 GC is so timeless that Jeep was in no rush to replace. It perhaps in a class all its own. A stripped $30k Laredo all the way up to a $100k Trackhawk, with many trims in between. It's one of those rare vehicles that could take a refresh, but still is competitive in its class as it is. JB, the upcoming WL more than addresses many of your concerns, particularly the interior. Jeep has gone WAY up in interior parts-quality, assembly, and design. Plus with Jeep moving to the Giorgio platform, it will not only lose a good chunk of weight, it is likely to handle much better.

Good stuff! I agree that Stellantis has done a great job on quality and continue to build better cars. The GC handles well overall especially for what it is so they have a tough road to redesign an already good SUV 👍🏾

You have very hardy and reliable SUVs for traveling in Russia in our difficult climatic conditions We have two jeep grand cherokee wk2 first overland 2013 of release engine 3.6 mileage at the moment 500,000 miles! Only scheduled maintenance from major breakdowns of the automatic transmission and that's it. I would like to note a very hardy chassis and generally high off-road durability!

Provocative title: what's "the oddest" thing? I have a GC TH, which I like a lot. I'd change a few things, but overall it's been good. Nice to see standalone light package option. On mine ('18) you had to buy the lux package to get HIDs/LEDs. I hate the steering wheel hub. Looks cheap: should be smaller, round with metal-like surround (see AMG or Porsche wheel). I love the SRT seats, which is the main reason I got TH. I prefer the suede inserts, holds you in place better. In '18 Jeep didn't charge for paint. Sorry to see they've adopted that gouging.

I think the red accents ruin this green color. Would be nice to see with the same black/gunmetal trim pieces (that all Trailhawks have vs the chrome bits on the others)---- but with Black Chrome badging? Instead of the red stuff..... maybe lime green tow hooks............. if anyone has a video or image for that, let me know.

I just bought my wife a 2021 Cherokee Latitude Plus and got a Rough Country leveling kit ($150) and the Trailhawk decals. Cheaper and no one will ever know :). Love the Jeep though for real, such a good SUV for the price. Awesome MPG. We get 24 in town and 32-34 on highway. For an AWD suv that's pretty amazing.
