Seeing that new Electric G made me sad honestly… i’m only 16 and planning to be rich in about 10 years lol so i hope there still will be some glorious engines in it because theses sounds, the brutality of it is just the soul of the G-class and if they catch that from it i don’t ser the point anymore…. @@Felix-ix3qe you can thank your generation for this... Fridays for Future kids are one of the main reasons why there wont be any V8s in "common" cars like the G wagon or C63 amg. The only few cars that will continue to have big V12 and V8 engines are the unreachable Ferraris and Lamborghinis which dont suffer from those emission laws as much as Mercedes does...

None, all MERC dealers require allocations for customers interested in G-wagons (at least here in WA state) and they will only take orders for 2021 as 2022 G-wagons are cancelled by Mercedes corporate. There is a large markup but not 150-200k markup like Ken stated, that is completely off.

@@purplemonkeys11 In the East Coast, particularly the NY tristate area, G63's in dealer inventory are marked up anywhere from 100-200k. The typical new G63 available here is 300k+. Picture of these markups are all over the internet, and I've seen a lot of the few available in real life with at least 100k "market rate adjustment."
